IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT: The deadline for paper submission has passed. Thank you for your interest in our conference.
♦ Official languages of the Congress are Turkish and English.
♦ Only authors participating from abroad can participate in the congress online.
♦ Papers must be sent as “Full Text Papers”. There is no need to send a "Summary Paper".
♦ Papers will be prepared in accordance with the rules and examples specified in the Guideline of Papers. This document can be used as a template.

♦ Participants who will participate in the congress by submitting papers are required to upload their papers to the Proceedings Management System until July 31, 2026.
♦ The selection of the papers that can be presented will be made by the Scientific Committee of the Congress and the evaluation results of the papers will be notified to the related author until August 24, 2026.
♦ The deadline for uploading corrected papers to the Proceedings Management System is Semptember 7, 2026.
♦ Papers must be presented by the author or one of the authors. A paper whose author does not come to the congress is not presented.
♦ Copyright fee is not paid.
