- The delegate participation fee without accommodation is 150 €+VAT. The participation fee for delegates with accommodation will be announced later.
- Participants who will participate in the congress by submitting full text papers are required to upload their papers to the Proceedings Management System until July 12, 2026.
- The selection of the papers that can be presented will be made by the Scientific Committee of the Congress and the evaluation results of the papers will be notified to the related author until August 9, 2026.
- The deadline for uploading corrected papers to the Proceedings Management System is August 23, 2026.
- No participation fee will be charged from the author who will attend the congress by presenting a paper. Other authors who want to participate in the congress are required to pay the participation fee.
