- The square meter fee for the stands in the exhibition area is 150 €+VAT.
- The square meters of the stands in the exhibition area are indicated on the Exhibition Area Plan.
- Exhibition Area Plan is under preparation.
- In order for the exhibition area to be allocated, the exhibition fee has to be deposited in the relevant account.
- Cancellation cannot be made after the exhibition fee is paid.
- Exhibitors are required to pay their participation fees separately in order to benefit from the services provided during the congress.
- The participation fee for exhibition staff to the congress without accommodation is 150 €+VAT.
